In 2000, Merav founded BARZILAI and under her leadership, the company has become synonymous with powerful brand experiences in the international exhibition industry, touching many industries, from mobile to luxury brands, defense to medical aesthetics. With more than 24 years of experience, Merav brings a distinct, creative eye with a sharp sense of aesthetics that guides every client’s project. She is personally involved in each endeavor, with an exceptional capacity for strong visual interpretation and an air of passion and excellence that reflect her ability to grasp the full picture while tuning into the most intricate details. Amicable and charming, Francesco is fluent in five languages and having lived in many countries, has a natural talent for connecting with people of different backgrounds and cultures. A true cosmopolitan! In fact, name any exhibition venue on the planet and he has worked there. While some may live for the destination, Francesco is an avid believer in the importance of the journey, a vision which matches his enduring patience and whole-hearted dedication to exceed clients’ expectations. His Italian roots are undeniable in his aesthetic expression and keen eye for design. Resourceful and solution-oriented, challenges are molded into creative experiences under Francesco’s direction – a trait that is highly valued among colleagues and distinguished clients. The path to fulfilling our objectives matters and Francesco’s positive energy is a source of inspiration that guides our working principles in the field. In 2005, Francesco joined BARZILAI as a business partner, directing the account management team, extending support to global production teams, and has since set the most demanding European standards of quality production and services offered by the company.

Netaly was born and raised in France. She moved to Israel in 1992. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and English from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in International Management from the College of Business Management. With over 10 years of experience working as a Marcom and Project Manager in various organizations and a couple of years of experience as an account manager and events producer, Netaly serves as the primary point of contact between BARZILAI and its customers. Netaly’s skills in connecting and collaborating with people  are fantastic and are in perfect tune with BARZILAI’s goals and values.

Ido was originally a bit of an outsider to the design and exhibition world, completing his B.A. in Communications and Management; he had to start from the bottom and learn everything about the exhibition world from scratch, through different workshops and seminars. Working as a freelancer for many years, Ido had produced exhibitions and booths for key companies all over the world, also working with BARZILAI for the first time in 2013; after 4 years of collaborations Ido joined BARZILAI full time as a Production Manager, bringing on board great knowledge, plenty of experience in overall production and innovative ideas and techniques. Ido is married and has two kids. His favorite pastime is chilling on the couch with his wife watching TV; he is also a huge foodie, loves to cook and is always on the lookout for the best restaurants wherever he goes.

Noa holds a Graphic & Digital Design diploma. She has worked as a visual merchandiser while designing displays for stores for the past 3 years. She specializes in branding, UX UI, graphic, web design & illustration bringing a colorful spectrum of experience to the team. Her strong passion for design and aesthetics which started at the age of 12 during a lesson on “The History of Art”, drew her path in becoming a designer. She was able to become a designer out of true love for design and she turned her passion into profession.

Emmanuel has a diverse background. He holds an LL.B from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and has an extensive experience working in the high-tech industry. Highly accountable, fearless and passionate, Emmanuel is front and center at BARZILAI, and has a  contagious team spirit. Emmanuel manages clients’ accounts from a wide range of industries, ensuring the launch and integration of new projects into the workflow.

Having done business with clients from the U.S. to China, Emmanuel is in his element working on international assignments, whether in a nearby country or the farthest continent. He is the first to take initiative on a challenge, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of each project.

He has great taste (he’s French) and is fluent in English, French and Hebrew. He draws inspiration from beautiful architecture and fine watchmaking – he is particularly fond of his Hublot watch, gifted by his wife. Emmanuel is passionate about football and is an avid fan of the French national team and Real Madrid.

Debbie Kay is a seasoned marketing professional and trade show/events  expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her passion lies in working closely with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences.

Debbie’s journey in the marketing field has been marked by her ability to forge strong connections with clients and partners. Her natural aptitude for building relationships has enabled her to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Shay is dedicated to driving financial success for our organization. With a B.Sc degree in business management from the Hebrew University, he has a passion for numbers and a keen analytical mindset. Shay excels in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. In his spare time, Shay enjoys watching football and he is Barcelona’s biggest fan.

Yael is a talented production assistant with a passion for bringing creative visions to life. She holds a BA degree in Bbehavior Sciences.Yael has spent over a 10 years working at Barzilai Design. She ensures that every aspect of a production is executed flawlessly. Her dedication to her job and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our production team.

Introducing Havi, who is our  office and travel manager. Holding a B.A. in American Studies and Literature from Tel Aviv University, Havi combines her cultural understanding with an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations in our busy office. Havi creats an organized workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Doron Parnas is a dynamic Business Development Manager at Barzilai Design with a strong foundation in business and an exceptional ability to connect with people. Doron brings a unique blend of financial and creative expertise together with a relationship-building skills to the table. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Doron possesses a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset that allows to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Noah is an integral part of our team and a catalyst for our company’s progress.  He has abundant energy and genuine passion for building relationships. Noah embraces the belief that every connection is an opportunity for mutual growth and success. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous studios and companies, overseeing diverse products, projects, and exhibitions worldwide. In all aspects of his life, Liran demonstrates unwavering dedication, creativity, and a continuous pursuit of perfection.

Alla is a passionate graphic designer who holds a bachelor’s degree from Shenkar. With an innate sensitivity to color and light, Alla has developed a deep appreciation for the intricate art of typography. Her love for this drives her to create visually captivating designs that leave a lasting impression. Drawing inspiration from her extensive background in branding, Alla seamlessly merges her expertise into the exhibition world.
